Jan Gunnarsson is an inspirational author and speaker with more than thirty years of experience from the hospitality industry. After several years of working directly with guests, he has been engaged in travel destinations, hotels and special attractions in managing, marketing and business development roles including President of Scandinavian Tourism Inc, USA and Head of Development of the Swedish Travel & Tourism Council.
